SK Networks Deutschland Gmbh is SK Network's German local corporation founded in April 1975. Since its creation, the corporation has undergone extensive transformation both in terms of business structure and organizational structure, due to the changes affecting business environments and the Korean head office. Today, as the only European office owned by SK Networks, it operates mainly in Steel and Chemicals with market coverage, encompassing both Western and Eastern Europe. In addition to being a trader, the Frankfurt office is also a process organizer, armed with optimal human, organizational and system resources, capable of delivering maximum satisfaction to its customers. Meanwhile, it is tapping into the potential of the Central and Eastern European markets, the emerging market territories gaining a growing importance as the boundaries of the EU region progressively enlarge. By developing new business areas at the same time as consolidating existing businesses, and introducing functional diversification, it is fulfilling its role as SK Network's European base, in line with the company-wide vision.

The Riyadh office is on the frontline SK Network's Saudi Arabian operation, alongside the Jedda office. Jedda, the first born, was created in 1976, and has notably contributed to the obtaining by SK Group of license to import Saudi Arabian crude oil. The Riyadh office opened in 1982, with chemicals as its main business focus. Based in the world's large oil-producing country, our activity areas are however not limited to oil and energy business. We are a sourcer of the world's most price-competitive chemical goods and a supplier of steel products, effectively meeting the sharply-increasing steel demand worldwide. The Ryadh office also looks to tap into the potentials of other business sectors, including IT and investment.

The operation headquarters for the Middle East, the Dubai office covers our business activities in the entire region including North Africa, except Iran and Saudi Arabia . In the future, its coverage will extend to even Central Asian nations. Handling steel and chemicals primarily, the office has extensive experience in steel products it has been trading for the past 15 years. As SK Networks' Middle-eastern outpost, DXB distributes steel goods of Korean origin and of third-party sources across the region. In chemicals, DXB exports urea to Korea and distributes PPG, TDI and MDI from Korea and China to the Middle-eastern markets. Underpinned by a robust business structure and benefiting from the strong growth undergone by Dubai , now an emerging financial hub in addition to a thriving center of logistics, transportation and tourism, DXB is fast developing into a pivot of SK Networks' trading operation.
We set up the independent sales company "SK Networks Middle East FZE" in Jebel Ali
Free Zone on OCT.2005 for the better services and activities for the steel business.

SK Networks' Praha branch in the Czech Republic was established in 2007 as a result of the enlargement in the automobile business in Eastern Europe and POSCO's commitment to advancement into Eastern Europe. The Praha branch office is making efforts to secure a stable basis for the steel plate business for automobiles and to develop businesses for stainless steel and plating materials throughout Eastern Europe. In addition, the branch office is trying to discover new avenues for business in chemicals and other new areas while expanding our existing presence in the iron & steel business.

SK Networks' London Office was established in Feb., 2008 for the on-site operation of the Wine Fund which is a first in Korea. The London Office is continually striving to strengthen the competitiveness of our existing business through our advanced trading abilities and competitive sourcing networks which is now centering on the distribution of the world's best wines. We are also endeavoring to diversify the business portfolio of the overall company by seeking new business opportunities using wine as an intermediary.
